Service Description. This Site describes Whiskey, Bourbon, Tequila, Vodka, Rum provided by Barrel & Flask. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Barrel & Flask or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Barrel & Flask may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Barrel & Flask disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barrel & Flask's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Barrel & Flask in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Barrel & Flask from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. Barrel & Flask may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
